Chitragar Parashuram Ramanna received B.E. Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995 from Basaveshwar Engineering College, Bagalkot affiliated to Karnatak University Dharwad Karnataka. He obtained M.Tech. in the area of Thermal and fluids Engineering in 2007 from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological university, Lonere, Raigad, Maharashtra. He has 13 years in teaching experience and 3 years industrial experience.
Parashuram has taught Engineering Graphics, Machine Drawing, Heat Transfer, Refrigeration and A/C, Gas turbines and Jet Propulsion, Power Plant Engineering, Operations Research and Engineering Drawing, Tool Engineering-II in Shivaji University Kolhapur and Pune University, Pune. He has coordinated STTP program on Heat transfer through IIT Mumbai as a workshop coordinator at VPCOE remote centre. He has worked as a co-convener in a National Conference NCETET-2012 at VPCOE Baramati. He is Member of Talent Pipeline Programme by Bharat Forge Ltd, Pune, and also member of Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), of which he is coordinator of SAE Collegiate club. He is the life member and actively involved in the activities of professional body ISTE. He has been invited for expert lectures on Engineering Graphics in Pune University, Pune and in Shivaji University Kolhapur. He is also invited as session chair for National conference in reputed Institute. He has received PG teacher recognition from Pune University.
Parashuram is presently the Head of Mechanical Engineering Department.
