Brief Profile:
Parshuram Arotale received his BE degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 2006 and M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in 2008. He has 7 years teaching experience and presently he is an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Telecommunication Department.

He was selected under QIP PHD Program 2013-14 (WCOE, Sangali), and QIP PHD Program at IIT Madras in 2014-15 and Qualified UNIPUNE PHD Entrance Examination 2013-14.

His BCUD Proposal On Human Emotion Recognition has been selected for Final Presentation for Academic Year 2014-15. He Submitted Proposal for Faculty Development Programmed on Image Processing and Computer Vision to IEEE for Academic year 2015-16. He taught the UG subjects DSP, SS, SCET, ITCT, EME and EMTL.

He attended various workshops on Application of Digital Signal and Image processing, Image transform, Introduction to Robotics, Basic Electronics, Control Systems fundamentals of solar photovoltaic cells and its applications, writing effective research paper and Analog Electronics and SDES through IIT Bombay Remote Center.

He also attended coordinator workshop on Signals and Systems conducted by IIT Kharagpur. He is a life member of IETE, ISTE and member of IEEE and has guided various projects on Signal Processing and Communication.

He is a Faculty coordinator for Purushottam and Firodiya Drama Competition of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

Research Interests:
Biomedical Signal Processing, Speech Processing and Image Processing.
Presented research paper on Emotion Recognition: A Review at International Conference held at BATU Lonere during 26 to 27 December 2013.

Presented research paper on Face Recognition: A Review at National Conference held at SRESCOE, Kopargaon in 2011
