Brief Profile:
Chittaranjan completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering (2007) from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University and M. Tech Degree in the area of Structural Engineering in 2009 from Govt. College of Engineering Amravati. He has secured Fourth position in University (with distinction) in Civil Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University in 2007 and First position in University (with distinction) in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from Amravati University. He qualified GATE in 2007. He guided undergraduate students of Civil Engineering in Project work. Chittaranjan worked as consultant through departmental works for various organizations viz Design of minor earthen Dam near Katewadi for Maharashtra Jeeven pradhikaran, Design of water tank for MIDC, Baramati from 2007- 2012. He was the student Senate member in Govt. college of Engineering, Amravati. He is also member of ISTE and Journal of Earthquake Engineering. He has shouldered the responsibility of University examinations as a senior Supervisor, Custodian, Moderator, Paper- setter, Examiner in Pune university. He is Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department.
Research Interests:
His areas of interest are Bridge Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Structural Engineering, Structural Dynamic, Retrofitting and rehabilitation of structures using NDT, Dynamic analysis of plate and shell by FEM

Received grant under B.C.U.D. from University of Puneon “Vibration control of civil structures using piezoceramic smart materials” in the year 2013-14

1. Presented technical paper on “linear dynamic analysis of eccentrically stiffened plates with / without cut-out” in National Conference on recent development in Applied Mathematical Science and Engineering at Jalpaiguri, Government College of Engineering, West Bengal.

2. Presented technical paper on “Non destructive chemical test to investigate corrosion status in RCC structures” in National Conference on Emerging trends in Engineering and Technology at Vidya Pratishthan’s College of Engineering, Baramati.

3. Active participation in “Earthquake Engineering Literature Survey Workshop” in Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur
Participated in One week TEQIP STTP on "FINITE ELEMENT METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION TO ENGINEERING (FEMIAE-2014) at Government College of Engineering Karad organized by Applied Mechanics Department.
